sekeping breaktru + sekeping chesdale+ sebiji tomato + 3 biji scramble ...

snek
12 biji chewnut + yogurt

dinner

satu mangkuk tomato + baby fat choy + garlic( 3 biji ) goreng ngan canola oil
1 serving ayam kari..
nasi 1/3 cup
