3 biji telur wat scramble..( nampaknyer dah tak leh nak amik cereal + low fat..sbb diabetes akan naik menggila )
lunch
nasi 1/3 cup + sup ayam semngkuk( 1 serving ) + tomato ...tawar jer
snek
sebiji epal + cheese
dinner
1 serving sup ayam lebihan tengahari tadi...
tiba2 rasa lapar lagi amikla jugak cereal + low fat
pah nie ingat nak control carbo..sbb nak turunkan diabetes....

Breakfast - 1/2 cup cereal + 1/2 low fat + 2 biji scramble ( NO more than 2 eggs a day)kalau lapar makan extra egg white

Dinner TAK OK
add fibre/sayur mayur to kenyangkan perut..unlimited
NO cereal at night..orait...
sup ayam....Ok
ok..kak....telur tuh azini amik yg putih jer...
