Day 3

selepas wat workout..nie badanku dah mula sakit..ayo..yo..

breakfast
telur putih rebus 4 biji



lunch
seekor talapia bakar + (air asam yg boh tomato 3 biji + cili padi + asam jawa sesudu)
1/2 keping roti whole grain + sesudu peanut butter

dinner
sayur campur goreng dgn olive oil + sotong 6 ekor + telur rebus putih sebiji + garam secubit...

in between
air 2 liter


work out..

sekali jer.......panas lagi.....dah biasa..masa ikut diet fast oxidizer dulu....dan saya mmg suka telur...kalu salad mentah mmg tak leh nak telan.....
