Day 4

Dah 4 hari yer..sekejapnyere rasa.. esok nak kena timbang..tapi rasa tak turun la..naik ader la...

breakfast
telur putih rebus 1 biji + 1/2 roti wholemeal + peanut butter ( no added sugar )



lunch
tomyam ayam + dgn sayur campur..letak sikit jer garam..tak sedap yg amat..rasa nak muntah makan..tapi tahan jugak mkan..apa nak buat


snack
1/2 roti wholemeal + peanut butter ( no added sugar )

dinner
sama cam lunch sbb buat banyak tadi..lagi skali mmg tak sedap..dont try this at home yer..

in between
air 2 liter


work out..

tak der...he..he( kenape nie..dulu bukan main semanagt ..skang dah malas ek..)

xsedap eh tomyam letak garam sket? apa kata buat sup sayur, guna cube ayam knorr n xyah letak garam..stil berperisa gak....tp sukatannye 1bowl sup sayur utk 1/2 cube...ni one of the bloggers yg ajo
